Everyone involved in the process was great to work and communicate with, except the lady at the front desk (I don't remember her name). Her customer service skills, friendliness, etc., are definitely lacking, especially considering that she is the first person that most customers will encounter when contacting the business. I would not let this deter me from using Caliber Collision in the future.

All staff were excellent! Front desk receptionist went out of her way to take me to pick up my rental car so I did not have to wait for Enterprise to come to me. John did such a great job of explaining everything about the work to be done on my car. Did exactly what they said...in a timely manner...even washed my car. I believe they went above and beyond to work with me and make me feel a lot better about a very negative initial incident (another car backing into me!). I would highly recommend this business in Conway. J A
