the staff at caliber treated me very nice and did fantastic work on repairing my car. they informed me about everything they replaced and made it very easy to go about everything. they even talked me through everything i had to do to get situated and im very thankful for them.

I spoke to Melissa over the phone. She wasn’t very helpful, could not answer my questions, and did not call me back as stated. She told me the vehicle would be ready the following morning so I drove in from out of state and it still wasn’t ready. Emily was fantastic however and provided answers to my questions & was helpful through this process.
