The Caliber Collision team did a great job repairing all damage and returning my wheel back to its original appearance. They went above and beyond when they had my car nice clean and shiny upon pickup. I also appreciate the team keeping me up to date with the repairs - shoutout to Damian for this. Recently had a door that was damaged to the pint of the handle being completely ripped away. Caliber Collision worked with my insurance to get my car repaired and paid for. They did have to add an additional day two different times to the original estimated completion date they gave me, but kept me informed when that happened, and it was mainly because they wanted to make doubly sure it was done right.

Original estimate had about $2600, for which I would still have to pay a $500 deductible. Talked to an insurance agent who said that under Arkansas law, a hit and run on a parked vehicle would qualify as "uninsured driver," so I should only have to pay a $200 deductible. Still got charged for the $500, but that may have been due to no further communication between collision center and the insurance company.
