Our only issue was they told us they would call every Tuesday and Thursday with an up date on where they were with the process. We would usually wait a couple of days and then call them. We have absolutely no problems with their work and their professionalism. The work appears to be top notch.

Service help fine. Vehicle delivered in 5 days as promised. My bad for not watching estimate closely enough. Thought entire hood panel would be shot, rather than just cleared.

The repair was supposed to take 13 days. It took 23 days! That’s two extra weeks without a car. A car that had minor damage to the door. 13 business days seemed like too much, considering the minor damage, but 23 days is ridiculous. And, the staff showed no remorse. When the business was A and J, I recommended it to lots of people. I will NOT be recommending Caliber.

The minor repair was supposed to take 13 business days. The actual repair took 23 business days. That's two extra weeks. On top of that, not one person at Caliber seemed to care that this was taking so long.
