I rank a 7 because the day that the vehicle repairs were finished, I was called and told I had to pick my vehicle up that same day. This being a company car, it required me to find an employee who could assist me with this on extremely short notice. Was advised I needed a day or so to make plans and was told that would be a last resort option. I get it, they don't want vehicles taking up shop space. Had this expectation been set from the beginning, no problem. But it wasn't and I had to stop what I was doing, round up an employee and take them away from their job in order to pick up the vehicle same day.

I have no comment for a better experience. Everybody at caliber took care of me even when some parts were back ordered. Still got the job done in a timely matter. The General Manager help me out more then he knew! 5 stars

Our Caliber Collision experience was fast and stress free. Angela was particularly kind and thorough from beginning to end. Other shops quoted us 90 days out for a collision repair, caliber finished in less than 15 days (if I recall). Not only was Angela sweet, but she also communicated clearly and quickly with updates of our vehicle. The vehicle itself looks brand new, the shop went above and beyond in making sure our vehicle was complete and functional ( and so shiny!!)We couldn’t be happier with the entire process with Caliber Collision. It made an unpleasant experience of getting into an accident, hassle free.
