I have used Caliber Collision In Springdale (Elm Springs) and in Bentonville (West) and had amazing feedback on both. Very good customer service - would call every Tuesday and Thursday with updates and repairs were done amazing. The Conway location was complete opposite. Never once did I ever receive a call with updates, I had to call every week/bi weekly and ask for updates. They then ordered the wrong top replacement part, then decided to repair it since it was on back order, repaired it and painted it where the color didn’t match so had to repaint it again. All of this delay caused 3 extra weeks where we didn’t have our vehicle. Overall I was very disappointed with the service from Conway. We’ve noticed several repairs not done well and will have to bring it back to the shop for updates. I will never allow another vehicle to go to the Conway location, I will only take them to the NWA locations. Very displeased with the service. Our other vehicle with comparable damage took about half of the time to repair as well in comparison to the Conway location.

Very likely however I would highly recommended not going to the Conway, AR location. I’ve been extremely pleased with everything the Elm Springs, AR and Bentonville West, AR locations have done. I will never use or refer the Conway location.

It took much longer than expected (6 weeks)!! However because your customer service is phenomenal the extra time to make the repairs can be overlooked! Emily is amazing! Hands down the best customer service I've ever received! She always took our phone calls, was pleasant, helpful, kind and went above and beyond!! We live in a different state and she came in on the weekend to give us the keys!! She is a true gem!!
