From day 1 the team of professionals that assisted me was magnificent. The young lady that estimated my truck was very knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable,answered all my questions and assured me the work would be completed in a timely manor. I was notified almost every day on the progress of the repairs and status of my truck. The repairs were absolutely professional. The mechanics that completed the work, did show room quality work. The team member at the completion explained the warranty and completed a final inspection with me. She assured me that if I had any questions or problems with the work it was completely covered as long as I owned the vehicle. I would like to thank each and every one that was involved. I will recommend this team to anyone that needs repairs done on their vehicles. Thanks again for being professionals.

When I dropped my car off. I told the guy about internal damage. This damage wasn't repaired. You guys did a great job on outside damage, but totally missed internal.

The car still pulls to one side or the other. While there may have been some sort of alignment done on it... the problem still exist. When I mentioned something about it when I called or text it made seem like they fixed the problem per the computer system but I do not think it was test driven. If it was they problem would have shown it still exist

The quality of the repair was wonderful and the truck was returned to me clean inside and out. Communication throughout the process was unacceptable. I left my vehicle with them after they told me it would take 5 to seven days. It ended being exactly one month to complete. I called to check on the repair status several times. Each time I was told it would be ready in 2 to 4 more days. After one month I finally had my truck back. Very frustrating to schedule transportation around false information. I will not use them again.

I brought my daughter's car in after she had a minor wreck. It took about 2 weeks to complete. They did a great job. You can't even tell she had an accident.
