I am 10/10 satisfied with repair quality, though I'm not a real fan of the self service system of submitting photos. Seems like a person that I can speak to at the time of scheduling repair would be more complete. I wrote a note regarding the under engine splash plate on my photo estimate (unable to get any decent photo)but they didn't order that part until I brought it in. Not a big deal, and maybe I could have spoken to someone at the time.

My experience in caliper collision was totally seamless. It’s not my first time using your service and every time it has been a pleasure. Thank you for your professionalism and getting my vehicle done on time.

I was happy with the service of my repair and the friendliness of the staff and professionalism however, I was not totally happy with the actual job. The day after when I really started looking at the paint work more closely, I realized that the paint color is off and has blemishes and is totally obvious even from my untrained eyes, but I also know that is a common issue with aftermarket paint. My paint color is called bullet silver, which has tones of blue in it and the fender that was repaired and panted was painted is a grayish silver. I was also told that the bumper was replaced, but the bumper color is the correct which leads me to believe it is the original bumper that was just repaired. Overall, I’d probably use your service in the future just not totally happy.

Nice people but process was very slow and communication along the way poor
