The repair was excellent, but my only complaint is that someone smoked in the car. That should not be allowed. I was surprised that the car wreaked of smoke.

The repair was great! The front office staff was superb. And the agent that helped me was awesome too. The only thing the work on would be to check the tire pressure before giving it back to the client. My car was there over the weekend with the ice storm and the pressure was low in all four tires bc of that. But all and all I really enjoyed my experience.

I’m very satisfied with the quality of work, looks the same as when I drove it off the lot. The only complaint is the amount of time it took and the communication on what exactly was going on was not the best at times.
