The repair took entirely too long. The estimate gave 5 days for the repair. But it took 29 days total. And there was very little communication about the process.

If you wonder why it wasn't a 10...1) It took 2 weeks for Caliber to take the car and 2) the final cost of repairs seemed a bit inflated.
