My experience with Caliber Collision was freaking, Outstanding!!!👍💯...The staff was friendly, professional, and family oriented. They had my truck fixed in record breaking time, a week prior to my estimated due date. It doesn't even look like my truck was damaged, Outstanding job, Oohrah & Semper Fi Brother!!! Danny Mckeen did the auto body work & repairs on my truck and Annmarie Blake, was a miracle worker to make sure the process went smoothly and payment was made. It was clearly spelled out on the intake paperwork that my car key needed to be re-programmed. This was not done. The car will turn in with the key held against the switch, but I cannot be locked and this is NOT SAFE! I was told that I have an after market key, but it was written on the paperwork, so it is not my issue that all repairs were not done. I should not have been called and told that my car was ready to be picked up.
