I am very impressed with the turnover time it took to complete my repairs. I am also very impressed with the way how Kirstie took the time out to always update me from phone calls to voice-mail and even text messages. That is great customer service. On the day of pick up she didn't just handover the keys to the vehicle she took the time to explain to me what was done and how. She has an awesome personality and I hope she continues on this path. I appreciate the updates a whole lot because I was worried that my repairs would take a long time. Job well done to both Kirstie and the entire repair team at Caliber Collision.
