The new hood on my car has paint defects. The hood is not seated properly to all sides, more gap on different sides. The hood when you try to lift it hits the plastic moulding by the windshield and both quarter panels. Paint has been rubbed off where the hood hits it on the quarter panels. The left front quarter panel is not flush it sticks out more than it should. The left front quarter panel has a chip in the paint. The plastic trim in front of the hood has a defect. The clear coat on the hood does not feel very smooth it’s almost rough to me. My wife picked it up because I was working and could not make it before you closed. They took her payment gave her the keys and sent her on her way. No one walked the car with her or covered what repairs were done with her. They just gave her a packet of paper work. I have had work done at your shop before and it was much better work. I have contacted my insurance company and it will be back at your shop on Monday. You had it for two weeks and I was told it was inspected. I saw the paint defect in my garage with minimal light. Not sure it was a good enough inspection.

Still having a problem with some electronics on the car with the LAKS system. Took two times for the body work to be right. Body work looks great but don’t feel the car is back to 100% yer. I’m following up with them today

Communication is not the greatest. They send you text messages update that are not correct. Got one on thanksgiving day that my repairs are almost compllete. No one was working to tell me that. Better follow up.

1.It was apparent that the replacement part was old and the rubber damaged around the windows. 2. The driver side mirror is an automatic adjustable mirror. It does not work. These are the issues discovered in the first 2 hours of having the vehicle back. The 1st item was discussed with Caliber staff after briefly leaving and having the return. The 2nd item was discovered driving the vehicle hOME.
