We were happy with the communication and timely updates we received while the car was in your possession for the repair. Thought it took a litttle while for us to get the car we understand the delay was also because of the holiday weekend and the fact that you received faulty parts. This whole experience was a breeze! Ashton was super informative, helpful and reassuring. He also kept me updated along the way which helped me know what to expect during the whole process. No one necessarily looks forward to having to get collision work done on their car, however I would look forward to my experience with the Caliber Collision of Corinth.
