Aston was professional and put me at ease the first time I met him. He notified me by text weekly and sometimes more frequently to let me know how my repairs were going on my car. My car was ready a week earlier than they had promised and I was thrilled. So I give an A+ for the service and care during my repairs.

Very nice and answered all my questions. Everything looks good so far on all repairs. I was given so extra touch up paint, which was very nice, but I think I was given the wrong color. LOL Just make sure whoever got my red doesn’t use it. Yikes!

I had damaged my son’s car, which felt like the WORST thing ever. Max Vergara made my experience at Caliber Collision so wonderful. He was honest, and had great communication. My son’s car looks like nothing ever happened! But most importantly, I Ieft knowing my son was safe to drive in his car again. I’m so grateful for the kindness and compassion I was shown by Mr. Vergara, and for the talent and expertise the repair team clearly has. While I hope to not need collision repair anytime soon, I won’t hesitate to send others your way, and it feels good knowing an honest and reputable shop is right down the road. Thank you!
