The Caliber gang was extremely efficient at both the admin and repair aspects of the transaction. They were quick, efficient, friendly and they kept me updated every step of the way. This is my second time to have my car repaired at Caliber. Both times the car came out of the shop spotless and seamless where the damage had been. I couldn't ask for more.

They were very patient and let me pick my car up when I wanted. I wanted a little more communication, but I think there was a good reason for the mix up. When I did get a hold of who I needed they were with me all the way and super helpful.
