Everything looked good where the damage was but the shifting of other car parts was not repaired or aligned.

This is the second experience I've had with CC and I will not refer them to a friend or colleague.

They did not finish repairing my car. My side view mirror was supposed to be remounted and I have no received a phone call stating when they would repair it.

Although, The front Bumber was out of alignment when first offered to us. I had to point this out to the Service Associate. He quickly took the car back into the shop and corrected the issue

Amazing experience. I look forward to getting in another wreck.

My Experience

I would rather have not had to come back 4 times after picking my truck up. I was told my number was lost after speaking with Mark about my initial problems on my first visit back. Mark blamed someone else for losing my number, and I had to call him after not hearing back from him for weeks. If it was inspected by someone...they would have noticed missing fasteners in the wheel well (almost all)...missing sound dampener (not sure why the original was removed)...unnecessary tool marks that were left rough and unpainted on the front fender. Mark said the original technician who worked on my truck was fired...and that he was also the person who lost the note I left with him? I left my number with Mark...not a technician, so I don't understand that. The tool marks on the front fender weren't necessary for someone to have made...the rolled edge was completely crushed with pliers. So, it's obvious that someone wasn't paying attention to that either. Sure, it's touched up after a few visits, but it's still obvious its been flattened, and had pliers on it. This isn't the type of work I was expecting, and I've seen much better work come from this location in the past. I guess I was stuck with the technician who got fired, or at least that was Mark's excuse. Yeah, I feel a little disappointed with the tool marks, flattened edge of the fender, and quick fix paint over it. Knowing the person who did my work was let go over how they repaired my vehicle doesn't give me that much confidence in the repair...and the took marks and flattened edge of the fender will be a reminder.
