1. You could have washed the whole car. 2. My freaking car didn't make it home due to a mechanicsl/temp sensor issue. 3. The tow truck took over 2 hours to arrive. 4. I tried calling Jason back to check on the tow truck and his lines was always busy. 5. The drive to your facility takes too much time and is difficult. 6. You have Fox news on in your lobby. The worst channel ever. I would have preferred old reruns of Gilligan's Island. 7. You rest rooms are not out in the lobby area. Recall how long it takes to get to your facilities.

I have already talked to Mark about the lack of communication during repairs. Every conversation was instigated by me after he failed to contact me as promised. I think the work that was done looks wonderful but the excuse for not making the contact as promised, "I have 25 people to call every Monday, Wednesday and Friday." does not work for me. Obviously there were 25 customers who were more important. Please do not call me. I have nothing else to say.

Repair took too long and my car was scratched while at the repair shop.

there were numerous problems with the dash pieces that were broken while there and not put back correctly. there was also trash in the bed of the truck. an auto shade for the front window also was not in it when the truck was picked up. there are also paint was scratche'd and rubber moulding not secured. this is just a brief overview of what was wrong with the repair.
