I will never take any car of mine there again. It wasn't done right on pick up. Took it back, it is still not right. Why am I paying USAA premiums to waste my time? I thought I was paying insurance to take care of things in case of an accident.

Joints on the body panel is not even. Looks like the work of Dr. Frankenstein. Took my car back; still not right. Would very much like to see decent repair given I've paid premuims to USAA for over 15 years and this is my first claim.

Not sure what you mean. The people are pleasant enough, seem willing to help, but in the end, my car does not look right. So, if you talk about how they make you feel, it is good, if you talk about how you feel about your car repair, it is bad.
