I had damaged my son’s car, which felt like the WORST thing ever. Max Vergara made my experience at Caliber Collision so wonderful. He was honest, and had great communication. My son’s car looks like nothing ever happened! But most importantly, I Ieft knowing my son was safe to drive in his car again. I’m so grateful for the kindness and compassion I was shown by Mr. Vergara, and for the talent and expertise the repair team clearly has. While I hope to not need collision repair anytime soon, I won’t hesitate to send others your way, and it feels good knowing an honest and reputable shop is right down the road. Thank you!

Employees and service was great at Caliber Collision. Enterprise was supposed to pick me up, but after waiting a hour, employees at Caliber Collision offered to drop me off. The damages on my car took less than 4 business days to be fixed, so I’d say it was pretty fast.

Overall the repairs look great and the appreciation of the schedule to get in and done. Know defect parts can be an issue from time to time. Only offer that better communication with customers on vehicles status maybe every 48 hours. There is always a way to email or call a client. But overall very satisfied.

The paint around at the edge and bottom of the door is not smooth. Mentioned to the tech and sounded like I was picky. Looks like cheap labor from a neighborhood shop.

The entire staff are very professional and competent. The repairs are great, looks like it did when I bought the car. Best of all I was surprised today when I was told there is a lifetime warranty on the repairs. I am extremely impressed with Caliber.
