I liked the way he did his work, although I didn't like that he replaced the original door handle with one that even I have trouble opening.

After picking up my vehicle, I later identified several issues with the repair upon inspection in proper lighting, including finish defects, a misaligned sensor, and visible paint artifacts. I will be contacting the shop and Allstate to have these issues addressed under the repair warranty.

Car is making a noise that it was NOT making at drop off. Additionally, there was an item in the car that does not belong to us, nor is there a way for us to have ever come in contact with said item which makes us wonder if/assume that our car was used for personal use while in the care custody and control of Caliber.
