Caliber Collision in Costa Mesa located at 1622 Pomona Ave. Was outstanding! The staff was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They were accommodating with my schedule and had my car fixed promptly. They did an impeccable job. Margaret did an amazing job processing all the paperwork and Bob the service advisor took care of everything else, also kept me updated of the progress. Everyone who was involved in the repair of my car did an amazing job. I appreciate the service they provided. I highly recommend this shop.

Everything was perfect from the beginning. Easy drop off, perfect communication, service advisor was professional, friendly, polite, and always returned calls and answered questions promptly. He even delivered my car when completed. 10 out of 10!!
