Repair work is fine, just took longer than was told.

Lack of communication. I was told my car would be done one day then that day would come and it would be 3-4 days longer. I suggest for future giving a longer turn around time than a shorter one to avoid this type of disappointment

The work was excellent. Car looks great. Jamil was dogged in working with Interlock to disconnect and reconnect the Interlock device. It was a challenge and extended the time. Margaret was upbeat and so helpful on steps required. And above that, they were always cheerful and caring. I grateful to them.
