I thought that any parts needed to repair would have been determined and ordered within 48 hours of taking my car to Caliber. At least that’s what I was told. Two weeks with 9 working days later, the extent of repair, parts, and cost had not been determined. Caliber has qualified staff but if you take your car there call them everyday to finalize the work and remind them to order parts early.
