One part was removed and left in the trunk, uninstalled, and a gap between fenders on the repaired side was not consistent with the original gap on the other side of the car. Both issues required a return to the shop.

I was very happy with my cars, repair ! Jose was great with his help in explaining how the financial side of the repair worked with the insurance. My husband has had his car repaired at Calliber as well. Like me, he was pleased with the work done on his car. A very professional and well run business .

A bit delayed repair, apparently due to original tech having a personal issue. Weren’t totally forthcoming about that initially, but Mgmt did recover nicely and handled the situation very well. Hats off to Ezra.
