A part was lost to my front bumper and they do not know what happen. It's been over a week and I still have not received my car part.

I was doubled charged for my deductible and so far it's been 8 days and they still have not refunded me my money. The clerk Maria stopped receiving and returning my phone calls. They don't have any remorse for me being $300 out of pocket for over a week.

Customer service was great everyone was friendly. Only issue I had was I asked to have a door ding repair it in the rear quarter panel. You're tempted to fix the dang actually made it worse. I was not charge for it but still not happy.
