This is the second time I have brought my vehicle to this caliber location. I initially chose caliber to complete my repairs because my dad worked as an insurance adjuster for over 30 years and he always spoke highly about caliber. I was not let down. Unfortunately my Audi was involved in another accident. I brought it back and like before I had the best service. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and always kept in contact with me. They informed me of the status of repairs, handled all the insurance mess and returned my car back to me repaired and clean. The repairs were done quickly and to the highest standard. I am so grateful for all of the staff over at the McCormick caliber and if I need to have my cars repaired in the future it will be taken to a caliber collision. Thank you all!

Gibson was the most professional faculty member I encountered. He was attentive and focused on making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently in a scheduled matter which demonstrated not only his customer service skills but more importantly also his acute ability to understand the issues at hand from A mechanical perspective as he evaluated the car and handled the renovation extremely effectively.
