The woman at the front desk ran my credit card and told me it was declined. I immediately called American Express to resolve the issue. It turns out that the charge went to the fraud department because she charged $448,536.00. Her demeanor was dismissive as she never said my mistake, I’m sorry or I apologize. It took some time to straighten out and if I hadn’t dealt with it there, the card company would have issued a new card number. Hassle.

It was very convenient to have my car dropped off at the dealership with arrangement made for me to get my rental car from Enterprise. They also kept me informed of the status of my car and were kind enough to drop off the car at my office and take the rental car to drop off the next day at Enterprise. Staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating.
