I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to Caliber Collision. My experience here has been a complete nightmare of injustice and unprofessionalism, specifically dealing with Service Advisor Luis. Instead of following proper protocol, Luis went ahead and performed extensive repairs on my vehicle before ever getting final approval from my insurance company. When the insurance inevitably pushed back on the bill, rather than taking responsibility for his shop's massive procedural error, he attempted to hold my car hostage and pressure me into paying the cost difference out of pocket for work I never explicitly authorized. To make matters worse, he even threatened to penalize me directly by charging daily storage fees while the car sat trapped on their lot due to their own administrative mess. Trying to pass the bill onto the customer to cover up unauthorized work feels like pure extortion. Avoid this location at all costs if you value honest, transparent service.
