They used high-quality Mercedes parts, and the workmanship truly speaks for itself—the car looks amazing. When I picked it up, they had even washed and detailed it, which was such a thoughtful touch. The front office team was just as impressive—kind, helpful, and genuinely compassionate during a stressful time. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs. They really treat you like family.

We came in since the insurance company recommended this place and we were treated so incredibly well, the whole process our service guy, Miguel was so through and kind and helped explain the whole process to us. We were also kept updated thoughout the whole process and and if we had any question Miguel was there to help us I couldn’t recommend him more! Also, the whole entire staff was amazing and very kind and our car got out super fast definitely less than a week and we had some big bumps on the car! When we went to pick up the car I accidentally went to the wrong address and Miguel was so kind to wait for us after hours and helped us though the whole process very kind and helpful!!! Would definitely come back to this store very thankful and grateful for the caliber collision team
