We came in since the insurance company recommended this place and we were treated so incredibly well, the whole process our service guy, Miguel was so through and kind and helped explain the whole process to us. We were also kept updated thoughout the whole process and and if we had any question Miguel was there to help us I couldn’t recommend him more! Also, the whole entire staff was amazing and very kind and our car got out super fast definitely less than a week and we had some big bumps on the car! When we went to pick up the car I accidentally went to the wrong address and Miguel was so kind to wait for us after hours and helped us though the whole process very kind and helpful!!! Would definitely come back to this store very thankful and grateful for the caliber collision team

Bob is so awesome! I have never felt so taken care of during a process like this when fixing a car. He was so knowledgeable and so trust worthy! Really awesome working with him, I see no reason to go elsewhere since Bob is our new go to person! So great working with him, a true gem! All the staff were awesome to work with including front desk. TAT was great too!

Everything was perfect as far as the repair. The car was returned clean and all team members were very helpful regarding my vehicle & professional. They work extremely hard to make sure customer has every customer answered and car as quickly as possible but the best repair.

Eric Arias amd the entire team were very professional and responsive. They were able to make all the repairs and deliver my MB g Wagon ahead of schedule.. the quality of the work was exceptional! My vehicle sustained substantial suspension damage. I feel it drives a lot better now than it did when I drove it out of the Fletcher Jones dealership brand new.. thank you Caliber for a job well done!
