Luis was amazing! He communicated with thru the process and let us know where we were at in the process and what had been done . We were extremely pleased and he is a fabulous representation of what good customer service looks like and caliber is lucky to have him…extremely professional! He also had our car completed ahead of time which was a nice surprise.
