When I applied the brakes, they make noise, so what happened and the car was riding rough, noise vibration on the left side of the car, where the act where the accident occurred.

Great company! I went to the brand new Crown Point shop for a repair to a 2022 Jeep, and highly recommend this company. Everyone was extremely professional and kept me informed of every step. Great Job!

Everyone was so pleasant to talk with. All of my questions were answered. I was updated for everything that was being done with my car. My updates consisted of when parts came in all the way down to the painting of the new parts

The two women working were incredibly rude and just uneducated about how cars work, like the basics. They also called me and told me I needed to come sign paperwork then when I got there they said they didn’t call me (until one of the women admitted that she called me) then they refused to let me roll my windows up. One of them said you can’t roll them up without starting the car (not true at all) and the other one said they tried but the windows were broken (they were not). Then they were rude to me asking why I was even there before I told them that they had called me to come in when they started arguing with me about if they called or not. Then she was arguing with me about what day my car came to caliber collision (she was wrong). Overall, both women had little knowledge about what was going on at all. The second time I came, to empty my car, I waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes and nobody came out to greet me so I just helped myself to my car then I went back in to ask for a screwdriver to get my license plate and I had to go looking in the offices before I found someone and she was rude again to me. Then she came outside with a Phillips head screwdriver to undo the license plate and she had to go back for a flat head(this isn’t a big deal but also shows how little knowledge she has about cars). Also, this is not me being misogynistic, as I’m also a woman and not even close to being a car expert. 0/10 would never recommend this location.
