Not on time. I have to keep changing my schedule. You should be serious and get parts from the area not wait a whole week or two then to tell me the part came damaged. I am very unsatisfied

We’re completely satisfied with the service and repairs upon picking up our 2022 Traverse. After a bad snow storm we went off the road and damaged our new truck. Wasn’t sure how repairs would go. The technicians did an amazing job it looks flawless. Running great too. They kept us posted twice a week or more when updates were made. We greatly appreciated those text messages keeping us always informed. Knowing they back up their work as long as we own the vehicle is amazing and greatly appreciated. After my wife’s car was damaged by another driver, all parties including Caliber Collision made the experience incredibly easy with the communication aspect of texts and phone calls to keep us updated every single day , we picked up our car in a week and the work was amazing including our vehicle looking showroom new not only outside but the inside was detailed spectacular… we highly recommend Caliber Collision for all your repairs…. Thank you Caliber ! If I could double the stars I would. Amazing customer service , professional and they kept the communication open. To go well with their amazing services , quick and beautiful work! I will not go anywhere else for body repairs. I had my new vehicle for maybe 6 months, and damage to the body from a parked vehicle. Thankfully the honest human told me about the damage that was caused ! Caliber made the repairs smooth and stress free ! Thank you again!
