Liked that Caliber sent frequent (almost daily) texts about how repairs were progressing. They gave clear explanations of work, and costs were far lower than I expected. Staff were courteous which is kind of nice since I am old lady, and other shops in the past acted like I was some kind of idiot even though I was younger then. Really have no complaints about how I was treated, and would recommend their shop to others.
