Yes, I couldn't be happier. The repairs the specialists at Caliber Collision made to my Subaru Forester were seamless. I couldn't tell the difference between the new body work and the original, prior to my accident. The car was meticulously washed clean and polished. The interior was vacuumed, windows washed inside, the dash was dusted and cup/drink holders were cleaned out as well. The body work that was done was outstanding. I couldn't tell any difference in the paint color because it was matched perfectly. As I drove the car home the familiar feel of the ride and handling was as good as it was when I drove the car off dealership's lot in 2013. All I can say is, THANK YOU for a wonderful experience. Not only did you keep me well informed about the body work as the car was being repaired you returned, to me, the dependable well loved car I've enjoyed driving for thirteen without evidence of anything ever happening to it. They did a GREAT JOB!!!! I was very impressed at the care and detail that was taken with the repairs done on my vehicle. Also, they were very diligent as to keeping me informed as to how the repairs were progressing while my car was in their possession. Would I recommend them to a friend? YES, and I'm not able to say that often. It seems that most repair businesses want to get you in and out as soon as they can without regard for the quality of their work. I've been driving my car a lot this past weekend to catch up with my errands and there's not one rattle or difference in handling. It's like the fender bender NEVER happened. Businesses have to go a long way to impress me, but I have to admit I was and am impressed not only with the repair work done I'm also very impressed with their staff.

Very happy with my repair and my experience with Caliber! Eric was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Love how the repair looks and am very happy that I was able to get my car back early and that it was even less expensive than I had planned for. Great experience overall!

Excellent service, good communication. Did what they said and more. We were very pleased. They had to repair my trunk and replace my bumper. Plus they matched the pearl white, which I think is kind of hard to do on a 2015 car.
