It was a little disappointing that work did not begin on my vehicle until 4-5 days after I had dropped it off. I was paying for a rental and I don't think that is a good business practice.

one of the repairmen Parker came out to greet me and assured all the hardwork and repairs were handled with not just quality but standard. he told me he saw someone else repaired my car but didnt do a good job so he stepped in and did it himself, I want to thank Parker and the painter and everyone who worked on my vehicle.

The work on my car was excellent. I was pleased with how great it looked considering how banged up the car was after it was hit. My only feedback is about the timeline. I was prepared to pick up my car on 7/2. I even called on 7/1 and was told it would be ready. Mid-day on 7/2 I was called and told a part that was ordered was actually damaged and it couldn’t be completed that day. That may have been fine, but I was told that part came in on 6/30 and had it been checked the day it came in, there would have been time to reorder it in time to deliver on the day originally planned. Instead I paid for 5 additional days of my rental car because the extra time to order the part coincided with a holiday weekend.
