The work was great and team was very communicative! Only issue was the disconnect with the call center that initially scheduled me for a time when the local inspector wasn’t actually available due to an issue with calendars syncing availability, but the local office was proactive in resolving the issue and got me in quickly for their next available spot.

The service at the auto body shop was excellent. The repaired vehicle looks great, and you can’t tell the car was ever repaired. The staff members were also very friendly and professional. I truly appreciate how the shop handled everything for the customer from start to finish, especially helping arrange rental car transportation services over the phone. The entire process was very smooth and simple. I am especially grateful to the lady at the front desk and the young woman who inspected the vehicle condition. They were genuinely thoughtful and dedicated to providing great customer service. When I came to pick up my vehicle, it was actually close to their closing time, but the front desk staff still kindly helped me complete the pickup process. It was truly a wonderful experience and relieved a lot of my anxiety. Thank you to everyone at the shop for your hard work and excellent service.

The repairs were well done, and for that I would recommend this company, but I would say that they would need to follow up to check on the work being done. If I would have received the report at the outset, I would have known all that was being done.

The person said she had sent me an email with the information about the repairs, but I didn't get it. She did send a few texts which helped, but left a phone message which left me wondering about the repair. Communication was lacking, but the person herself was very nice and when we finally did talk, she explained everything in full detail. Please be assured that I ended up satisfied, but it would have been better if I had known more of what was going on at the beginning.

The repair process took significantly longer than expected considering the work that was ultimately performed. After waiting nearly two weeks for replacement wheels, I received rims that are visibly different in design from the original factory wheels that should match the vehicle’s VIN specifications. In addition, after picking up the vehicle, the steering wheel is noticeably off-center and the car pulls to the left while driving straight, which suggests that the wheel alignment was either not performed or not completed properly during the repair process. Another concerning issue is that the traction control/ABS system now randomly activates during normal driving on a straight road, causing the vehicle to briefly lose power as if it incorrectly detects wheel slip. This behavior was not present before the incident or repair. I also noticed that my original wheel lug nuts/bolts, which were previously with the vehicle, were not returned. Instead, different lug nuts were installed without any explanation. This was unexpected and concerning. Overall, the vehicle was not returned in the same condition and specification as before the incident, which was the stated goal of the insurance repair process.
