Small paint chip on bumper and A/c is not blowing cold. Have to wait a week just to get in to get looked at. It’s going to be hot weather and I have a small child. No reason I should be inconvenience like this. The air was working prior to the car getting the work done.

Very nice and comforting during a difficult experience. An def would recommend to my friends a Family. My insurance said that’s who they deal an I can see why. Lovely people an very considerate. Hayley I can’t remember the other girls name but they all very in my difficult time

Caliber Collision is wonderful to work with, even though you are not there for happy circumstances. They are very polite and made sure to text you with updates almost daily. They were even able to accommodate my request to get my car a couple of days early!

The only issue I had is other Caliber locations kept contacting me to bring my car in for estimate after I had scheduled the appointment. They continued to contact even when car was in shop and when repairs were completed! I don’t understand why the other locations did not know repairs were already scheduled with Caliber
