All of the staff at the shop in Penn Valley/Narberth were friendly and knowledgeable. They provided status updates and the car repairs were finished early! No complaints. There does seem to be a breakdown between the folks who work the 800 number and the local shop b/c some of the info I received when I called them was not correct when I spoke with the staff at the local shop.

They did a thorough job in evaluating and estimating the damage. I was kept up to date throughout the process and everything was clearly communicated. My car looks as good as new. Rebekah Reyes was so professional and accommodating. She is a champion of customer service!
