I was very pleased with my experience coming here very friendly and helpful staff. Did not have any problems or issues with them…(on a side note) I want to say that I’m also super sad because that car was so sentimental to me. My late GMA gifted that to me less than two weeks ago…and now it’s totaled because some 200 year old lady decided to not look or pay any attention to the road. She pulled out in front of me while I was going 40mph down the road which totaled my car what a shame…very hard to have to let that car go. I love you gma rest in paradise…you’ll be missed always and forever.

Our service tech named Page McQueen at the Manor Way Location in Dallas is awesome. Her communication skills and professionalism is fantastic. I recently took three vehicles to this location for repairs. She took perfect care of us. Each vehicle had different type of repairs. She was very patient and explaining everything had great communication with our insurance company and make sure everything was performed in a quick timely manner. I highly recommend this location and this service Tech. She may our experience so enjoyable. We know we were in good hands.

Paint was smeared during first pick up, second pick up it was painted over and looked terrible, 3rd pick it was correct but my dash cam was unplugged and there were marks on my hood from it being driven, after your team already washed it. Unacceptable.
