Loved the help getting to a car rental place and then taking the rental back for me. Loved the text updates of how things were progressing on my car. I would have like a phone call better than a text at the end saying my car would be ready to pick up and reminding me of the hours you're open. I almost missed it today because I wasn't able to check my messages earlier in the day. So far everything looks great and seems to be running great. So fingers crossed! And thank you for the reassurance that I can bring it back in should I notice any defective work or performance. I will highly recommend your place to others!

The first time my vehicle was returned to me the color didn’t match and the handle on my lift gate was not even painted. I contacted the shop and went back and had them look at it and another area on the lift gate that I am not certain was done by them or what but was advised it would be fixed. Today I picked my vehicle up for the 2nd time and there is overspray on my bumpers and side panel and the place I was advised would be fixed was not touched. The manager of the shop only contacted me after I I called the shop asking him to contact me then while taking to me he told me he had called and left me a message which was not the truth. He told me if I was not happy this time I could contact State Farm and then do a supplemental claim and take it else where.

The manager at this shop was not honest with me about things and when I corrected him he then said well maybe I didn’t leave a message. However, I never even had a phone call. The lady at the desk was outstanding and Andrew did everything possible to make this right but I was advised that anything to do with redo’s went thru the manager.

Steve was an absolute legend to work with. His hospitality is unmatched. Steve dropped me off at Enterprise to pick up my rental . When my Ram was finished he helped my wife with the return because I was away out of town for work . Service like this is very rare and hard to come by . Thanks for all the help Steve !
