I was happy with Caliber’s customer service. My repair looks great. I was not happy with the place I was sent to for the tire balance. I cannot tell they did anything. The car still vibrates so I do not think I will do business again with the tire balance company. It seemed to be a nice place until I realized nothing was done to the tires. Caliber may want to rethink where they send cars for other services.
