Customer service was great! And thanks to the front desk clerk for taking great care of me. I couldn’t get ahold of my adjuster and she called my insurance company and refused to let them off the phone until they sent over the paperwork that we needed to get our rental car. I really appreciate that Bonnie! 🫶🏾 you guys are the best !

Steven and Debbie were great! Steven did an excellent job on repairing the damage on my car. Debbie was always pleasant and professional every time I called. She went above and beyond when I first dropped my car off for repairs, calling Enterprise to let them know that I would be picking up the rental soon so that it would be ready by the time I got there. Definitely using Caliber again.
