After a car backed into my vehicle while on vacation in Illinois, the other driver’s insurance company, State Farm, referred to me to Caliber Collision in Daphne so the repair work could be done in Alabama. I initially contacted Steve, who explained the repair process and assisted me with questions and about scheduling an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. On the day of my appointment, the estimator, Andrew, met me and thoroughly explained what repairs were to be done, estimated how long the repairs would take, and assisted with getting me a rental vehicles. I received daily text updates from Caliber Collision, letting me know the status of the repair work and the estimated completion date. The completion date was actually one day earlier than estimated. Andrew met me when I came to pick up the car and again reviewed all completed repairs. He also insured the computer diagnostics were reset and functioning properly.
