The manager called said it was ready. I told him it would be after hours before I picked it up. It’s 930 Friday night picking the car up, they were supposed to leave the key in the car with it locked. There is no key in the car., the rattle noise that was in the tailgate is still there and the paint that was on the interior driver‘s door is still on the door after he said he would have it removed. I have no one to contact at this hour of the night, but someone needs to get me the key to the car.

Obviously getting into an accident isn’t ideal, but I will say that Stephen and his staff at Caliber Collision in Daphne made it very bearable one of the best experiences dealing with an issue like this I’ve ever had highly recommend.

The entire staff I had contact with were great at what they did! The knowledge and speed of service were next to none. Originally was told that my car would take two weeks to get fixed, only took a week! Looks great too. They explained the entire process throughly, and were very detailed. Stephen and his team run a great shop, and I would recommend them to anyone!

The estimate I got was $1788.00. When I picked up the car, the total was over $4200.00. This is why I would not recommend this company to someone else.
