Customer service was great but when I called back in it was almost like front desk was reluctant to help. However they could be having a bad day which I understand. Overall pretty good.

The repair was well-done and very timely. Unfortunately my trunk was left kinda dirty with leaf foliage and the cargo cover has leaf particles on it. The tires were also very deflated and I had to find a place to get them reinflated. Otherwise, the work was very good, fast, and I'm happy to have my car restored.
