The blonde lady and the man where nice. And seemed helpful. The front desk lady nicole should find a job that dosemt involve customer service.

The front desk lady was so unprofessional on the phone amd im office. It took 2 weeks to change a bumper. They never called when they said they would . I had to call them multipul times for up dates and change of pick up days. I was giving my car back with a half tank of gas gone and 30 miles added on my car to start with a problem!

As i stated front desk was so inappropriate amd unprofessional. I also heard speaking to other employees about customers calling with " extreme accents and omg talk about language barrier" it was rude to say and even ruder to say with other customers im the office. I will say the lady ( blonde hair) who quoted my car was very nice and respectable.
