I am only doing this survey because you keep sending me it over and over. When I dropped off my car my husband told the man that the rear wiper fluid may also be damaged and they said they would look at it. They also told us that they would most likely have it done on Friday and if not they would call us. No call. No update. So we had no car over the weekend and no communication. Then on Monday end of day when I got my car back the man said the reason it took so long was that they were done and then went to test the work but fluid started pouring out of the back wiper fluid! So they had to order parts. So basically They ignored what my husband said when we brought it in and because of that the job took extra time! Maybe listen to the customer’s information?!? So a job that took Honda down the street about half a day took you guys 5 days.
