While the administrative process was cumbersome, the local team at the shop did their best to complete the job ASAP. I even had to ask one of the Caliber agent on the phone if he was a human or a bot, four times. He end up hanging up on me. At that time I was ready to switch to a different service provider. However the local Davis team saved the day and delivered on the job.

The Davis, California store is absolutely superlative in every way. The staff in the office, Teresa and Jennifer are a cut way way above those who typically greet customers in an office. They have always made it a joy for me for my Auto Repair needs to visit Caliber. It is my belief that they need special recognition from the company for the superb work they are doing. The repairs done are always fast, efficient, and clearly excellent, for the sake of your company, I can only hope that other branches of your businesses can expire to this level of customer satisfaction.
